We generally ship online orders within 2–3 business weeks. Timing may vary depending on category availability, because in vintage the product isn’t manufactured—it must be sourced and selected.
Once we confirm your order, it means the category is available: from that point on, we will update you at every stage until shipping.
For kilo purchases, the minimum order is 4 categories. Each category corresponds to one 19 kg sack, so the minimum order is 4 sacks of 19 kg.
For Boxes (Cream quality, selected through handpick) there is no minimum: you can purchase even just one box, or as many as you want.
Sack (Kilo – Grade A)
A sack is the unit for kilo orders: each sack corresponds to one category and weighs 19 kg. It’s ideal for those who want to buy larger quantities with a solid, sellable quality (Grade A).
Box (Cream – Handpick selection)
A box is a more curated and selected order: it contains Cream quality items chosen directly through handpick. It’s perfect for those looking for a more refined selection and an assortment with greater attention to detail, without fixed weight or quantity limits.
For handpick sessions at our warehouse or handpick video calls, the minimum order is:
€500 for non-branded categories
€3,000 if the order includes branded categories (also in combination with non-branded)
No. Grade A sacks are designed to offer an reliable and sellable product: we select and inspect items every day to maintain a consistent quality standard.
That said, with vintage a small margin of error can happen. If you find a non-compliant item, contact us immediately: we will assist you quickly to solve the issue.
Yes, it is possible to request a refund. In case of return, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the return is due to our mistake (for example a non-compliant item or an issue attributable to us), shipping will be covered by us.
