We offer volume-based discounts to reward larger orders. The more you buy, the lower your price per kilogram. Our pricing tiers are clearly displayed on each product page. For example, ordering 5+ bags of the same category may reduce your cost by up to 15%. Custom quotes are available for very large or recurring orders — just get in touch with our sales team.

Most of our products are sold by weight in pre-sorted bags and boxes. Each product listing shows the approximate weight and estimated number of pieces per bag. This is standard practice in vintage wholesale and allows us to keep prices competitive. While our standard bags contain a curated mix within the selected category and grade, you can specify brand preferences in the order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. For fully customised selections, we recommend booking a warehouse visit or a video handpick session where you can choose items one by one.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination: UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days, while continental European deliveries (Germany, France, Netherlands) take 4–7 business days. All items are carefully packed in sturdy, sealed bags or reinforced cardboard boxes to protect them during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible and ensure each order is compact to minimise shipping costs. Fragile or high-value items such as leather jackets receive extra protection with additional wrapping.

Warehouse visits are by appointment only to ensure a quality experience and dedicated attention. You can book your visit through our online booking system — simply select a date and time slot that works for you.

A video handpick session lets you select items remotely via a live video call with one of our team members. They’ll walk through the warehouse with a camera, showing you items from your chosen categories. You can approve or skip each piece in real time. It’s the next best thing to visiting in person, and it’s especially popular with international buyers who can’t travel to our location.

Our warehouse is located in Italy. Full address details and directions are provided after you confirm your visit booking. We’re easily accessible by car and there is ample parking available on site. If you need help arranging transport from a nearby airport or train station, let us know and we’ll be happy to assist with recommendations.

Pagamento e fatturazione

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers (SEPA for EU customers). For recurring B2B customers, we can also arrange payment on approved trade terms with NET 30 invoicing. All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption to protect your data.

Yes. Every order comes with a proper commercial invoice that includes full VAT details. For EU-based businesses with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies for intra-community transactions, meaning no VAT is charged on the invoice. Make sure to enter your VAT ID during checkout or in your account settings to receive the correct tax treatment.

All prices on our website are displayed excluding VAT, which is standard practice for B2B wholesale platforms. The applicable VAT rate will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout based on your delivery country and whether you have a valid EU VAT registration number.

Resi e rimborsi

Due to the nature of wholesale vintage clothing, returns on standard sorted bags are not accepted unless the order is significantly different from what was described. If you receive items that don’t match the listed category, quality grade, or approximate weight, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to find a prompt and fair resolution.

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please document the issue with photos immediately upon receipt — before opening or disturbing the packaging if possible. Contact our support team within 48 hours. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim and offer either a replacement shipment, partial refund, or full refund depending on the extent of the damage.

Once a return or damage claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
